Each Block that we produce weighs approximately 80 - 100 lbs.
When the blocks are palletized, the pallet weighs on average 1750 lbs.
The container shipping weight of our material is in the range of 35,000 - 40,000 lbs. This depends on the size of the shipping container that is being used.
All customers are to provide transportation of our material to its final destination. We do not make any transportation arrangements. All pick ups are FOB Springfield New Jersey.

Foam Pack is committed to the environment to keep it clean and eliminate Expanded Polystyrene waste from entering our landfills. Our material is recycled and made into such things as picture frames, building materials, toys and much more.
We currently accept White CLEAN EPS (Expanded Polystyrene) , most commonly known as Styrofoam™.
Please follow the guidelines listed below for recycling EPS with us.

We do not accept any foam that has become in direct contact with food. No meat trays or egg cartons. Coolers that food were shipped in are acceptable.
Remove any foreign matter such as tape, stickers, labels and cardboard.
All block form EPS is acceptable.
General rule of thumb ; Usually furniture, appliances and electrical fixtures are packed in EPS
All foam can be dropped off at our location. It also can be shipped via mail or by a major delivery service.
